Refunds

A refund can be requested within thirty days of the purchase by writing to soporte@inboxnext.app with the purchase address or the key.

There is no need to explain why. The refund goes back through the same payment method and can take up to ten business days to appear.

The licence is marked as refunded and stops renewing the certificate. The certificate already issued stays valid until it expires — fourteen days — so a refund does not cut off the mail of someone who is writing.

Mailbox data is untouched: it lives on the user's machine and the application never deletes it when a licence is lost.

In the European Union the fourteen-day right of withdrawal applies to the purchase. Downloading and activating the product asks for an express waiver of that right, as the merchant of record instruments it at checkout.

The thirty-day commercial guarantee is offered regardless and does not depend on that waiver.

If the same product was bought twice by mistake, the second purchase is refunded in full, even after thirty days.
