Privacy

Mail content, contacts, attachments, folders and searches do not leave the machine. There is no usage telemetry and no advertising identifiers.

The application includes no third-party analytics, no advertising SDK and no service that receives usage events.

Email address, order identifier and the edition bought. Creem processes them as merchant of record, and also settles the applicable taxes.

From each activation, the key, a random machine identifier (not derived from hardware), the application version and the date are stored. The IP address is stored only as a truncated hash with a daily salt, to detect abuse.

To issue the licence, deliver it by email, run the computers portal and answer a support request. Nothing else.

Data is not sold or shared with third parties. The providers involved are Creem (payments), Cloudflare (infrastructure) and Resend (transactional email).

Licence data is kept while the licence is active and for up to two years afterwards, for accounting obligations. The IP hash of events is kept for ninety days.

Deletion of licence data can be requested by writing to privacidad@inboxnext.app, except what the law requires to be kept for the sale.

This site uses no cookies and no local storage for tracking. The only preference stored is the theme, if the visitor chooses one, and it lives in their browser.
